Deleted immediately: your account (name, email, sign-in identity), all synced habits, completions, streak freezes and notes, and your active session tokens.
Kept: purchase and billing records required for tax and accounting law (kept by Apple, Google, or our payment provider Stripe under their own retention rules), and server logs, which rotate away within 30 days.
Data stored only on your device is removed by deleting the app, or stays available offline if you keep it — it never reaches our servers while you are signed out.
Delete some data without deleting your account
Deleting a habit in the app or dashboard permanently removes that habit and its history from your devices and our servers on the next sync.
You can export your full history first from Settings → Export.
No app access?
Email support@habitwall.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
